Alyssa joined BRIT as a volunteer in 2013, during which time she developed a system to catalog our extensive map collection and, later, worked on the Flora of Texas mobile app. As a staff member, her primary duties include coordinating research activities and special collections, namely the BRIT archives. With a graduate school concentration in Archival Studies and Digital Imaging, Alyssa is passionate about BRIT as a knowledge center and promoting the accessibility of our library and herbarium collections.
