Point of Contact

You never know where GROW Adult Ed classes might take you! As such we recommend that participants dress comfortably in clothes that are appropriate for both indoor and outdoor adventures. A sweater and closed toe shoes are a good idea. Please check individual class listings for any specific requirements and, as always, don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. We look forward to seeing you at a GROW Adult Ed class soon!
Please note: GROW Adult Ed classes are designed for adults 18 and older. Interested children 14 and older are invited to attend classes with a parent or guardian if both individuals purchase a seat. Please don't hesitate to contact Erin Starr White if you have questions about this policy.
Curious by nature.
How do you create a plant portrait? Is herb gardening for you? What is it like to practice Tai Chi in the garden? And what is permaculture? At GROW Adult Education we're passionate about plants, and equally passionate about helping you satisfy your curiosity about all things botanical. We consider it a special privilege to help adults discover the wonder of our natural world through a variety of classes, workshops, and programs.
GROW Adult Education is a joint production of the Botanical Research Institute of Texas and the Fort Worth Botanic Garden and is supported substantially by our partners at the Tarrant County Master Gardeners Association, the City of Fort Worth, and the Extended Education Department at TCU. GROW builds community and helps bring Fort Worth closer to nature, science, and culture. Come join a GROWing community of people who love to learn in, and about, nature!
We are proud to work with our community partner, TCU's Extended Education Department, to offer yoga and Tai Chi classes in the Botanic Garden. Click here to register on TCU's site for these wellness classes.
